Anna has been actively supporting us in numerous projects since April and has already been able to establish herself in this short time as an important pillar in the team thanks to her likeable, open and level-headed manner.

What makes AviaCert special for you? What makes AviaCert stand out?
I was particularly surprised by the fact that everyone's opinion was so actively sought and protected, and that the needs of the employees were taken into account in the day-to-day work. I was impressed by the will to develop as a company in the long term and to involve everyone. I think AviaCert is particularly characterized by the humorous and cordial interaction within the team.
What do you particularly like about your job at AviaCert?
By gaining insights into the various projects, I was able to acquire a wide range of knowledge about the complexity of the airport. I was also able to try my hand at marketing and team development and discover new fields of activity for myself. I personally particularly liked the variety and the differences in the content of the tasks.
What are your plans for the future?
After the internship and with my bachelor's degree in my pocket, I would like to explore the world a bit and travel for the time being. Nevertheless, I will not lose AviaCert completely, but will remain with the company as a working student afterwards. At the same time, I'm continuing my studies with a Master's degree in Traffic Engineering & Mobility at RWTH Aachen University.
