AviaCert has won the tender of the Lower Saxony State Aviation Authority (NLStBV) and has been awarded a new consultancy contract. This continues a long-standing and proven collaboration in the aviation industry.
The Lower Saxony State Authority for Road Construction and Transport (NLStBV) is the state aviation and aviation safety authority responsible for implementing the requirements of extensive and constantly changing international, European and national aviation law. Its main tasks include the supervision and monitoring of more than 423 aviation organizations licensed in Lower Saxony, including airfields, heliports, flight schools and aviation companies. The authority must comply with the "Authority Requirements" of the European Union and EASA, which include safety management systems and regular quality audits.
AviaCert supports the NLStBV in coping with these complex requirements. AviaCert's core business is ensuring compliance with international and European requirements in the field of aviation law. AviaCert develops and implements standardized and practical processes, promotes the digitalization of administrative and supervisory work and offers comprehensive training and qualification measures. AviaCert also supports the NLStBV in the direct monitoring and fulfillment of EASA requirements in order to continue to ensure the high level of safety in aviation.
The new award of the consultancy contract to AviaCert by the NLStBV confirms the long-standing successful partnership. Both parties are looking forward to continuing their cooperation and jointly tackling future challenges in aviation.
