Speakers
Hendrik Schorcht is a lawyer specializing in international and European aviation and aviation security law as well as approval/certification procedures in the airport sector. For more than 20 years, Mr. Schorcht has been advising airports and other aviation operators, but above all authorities, on adapting to new EASA requirements and on aviation and aviation security issues. He provides support with ongoing supervisory and certification tasks and trains employees in these areas.
After completing his studies in aerospace engineering, André Wattler specialized in airport infrastructure and approval coordination and can look back on decades of experience in these areas. Particularly noteworthy are more than ten years at Frankfurt/Main Airport, during which Mr. Wattler was in charge of the commissioning management of the flight operation areas (northwest runway, aprons and taxiways) and facilities. The targeted interface management he set up with the responsible approval authorities as part of the expansion and commissioning process enriches the AviaCert team, particularly in the areas of designing appropriate structures, procedures and IT-supported solutions as well as in training.

We offer you our knowledge
AviaCert's focus is not exclusively on offering routine "open" courses, but on individually tailored, targeted training and further education measures, often running as so-called in-house courses. We can thus offer our customers a better cost-benefit factor and targeted qualifications for the participating employees. Due to extensive experience of our employees in teaching and training activities at universities, EASA or JAA, we have the necessary didactic tools at our disposal. The desired qualification and learning goal of our customers is thus almost guaranteed to be achieved.
Regardless of this, AviaCert has the knowledge and capacity to accompany numerically large qualification measures such as ORAT training courses in preparation for large-scale commissioning at airports. In addition, we have standardized training programs for employees of aviation authorities and airlines that are aligned with the latest EASA requirements and can be implemented in targeted further training measures.
Overall, we place particular emphasis on practice-oriented training that enables our customers to immediately implement the knowledge gained. To ensure this, we offer our participants the opportunity, for example, to observe our teams during audits and inspections. Experience can thus be gained first-hand. We accompany our graduates during their first own activities and can thus provide them with appropriate feedback and the necessary security. In view of the constantly changing regulatory situation in conjunction with further technical developments, basic, in-depth and specialization courses in specific topics represent a significant guarantee of success from AviaCert's point of view.
