For our traditional Christmas party, we swapped mouse and keyboard for cooking utensils and fresh country air at the cooking academy of the well-known burger house Peter Pane in Redefin and prepared our own Christmas menu.
Under the guidance of two experienced chefs, we were able to chop vegetables in a high-tech gastro kitchen, expertly carve duck breast and beef and prepare a dessert. Later, we ate the prepared dishes together and celebrated the end of the year.
